Ned Heindel
Howard S. Bunn Distinguished Professor of Chemistry
Seeley G. Mudd, Room 795
(610) 758-3464

Research Interests:

Medicinal chemistry; drug design and development in the areas of anti-vessication agents, vasopressin antagonists, dermatologicals, and cholinesterase inhibitors.

The Counteract Project

Teaching Interests:

As you might expect, I teach courses in the area of my research expertise. These include a graduate course in synthesis, one in heterocyclic compounds, another in medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry, and a "gateway" course on organic reaction mechanisms.
